Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is at the heart of our values as an academy - Everyone Welcome, Everyone Belongs and Everyone Flourishes, nourished by God's Love.

We believe that diversity embraces all the protected characteristics, experiences and cultural influences that makes us unique as individuals. We believe in equality of opportunity and are against all forms of discrimination and oppose all forms of intolerance towards any group, however manifested.

We have achieved the Diversity Mark Bronze Award that demonstrates our commitment to promoting an inclusive environment in which young people and adults can flourish, whilst challenging unconscious biases.

Our curriculum is adapted to provide representation for our community - for example, our Reading Canon has 4 main threads representing Migration & Refugees, Diversity and Sustainability whilst our History curriculum looks at the partitioning of India.
